Hi, I'm Marc Tobia.
I am a strategic planner and UX researcher with a focus on service innovation and product development.
Perpetually curious at heart and entrepreneurial in spirit, I thrive in collaborative settings where every problem is different and ingenuity is the norm. My expertise is in identifying and connecting abstract ideas to create new ways of thinking and solving problems. I have worked as a project manager, business operator, and built 30+ independent event productions in my professional career. Currently, I am seeking to evangelize service design in a strategic role.
This is some of my recent UX, research, and strategy work.
